Yoo In Na Says She’s ‘Uncertain’ About Marriage Because of Her Promise With IU — Here’s Why

Yoo In Na dished on her honest thoughts about marriage, and how IU affected her decision regarding settling down.

It's not a secret to fans that the "Goblin" star is best friends with the idol-actress for more than a decade.

During Yoo In Na's appearance in JTBC's "7.7 Billion Love," the 41-year-old beauty dished on her plans as well as her thoughts on marriage. There, she mentioned that she is "uncertain" about whether she'd be married or not in the future.

In a report, the "Snowdrop" star revealed her and IU's promise when it comes to marriage.

However, it seemed like the "Hotel Del Luna" actress was having different thoughts about settling down, which affected her decision towards it.

"When IU says let's not get married, I agree with her and say we shouldn't. But when time passes, she says we should get married. Then I tell her that we should."

However, if she decides to walk down the aisle, she "intends to get married" if she has found a "good person."

As for the ceremony, she prefers to have a small and intimate one rather than a grand and very festive one.

"I don't want a wedding. I want a small wedding where I can only invite my closest friends so we can all dance and have fun."

Yoo In Na and IU first met on the 2010 variety show "Heroes," where they joined as one of the cast members. Since then, the duo has maintained their friendship and supported each other for more than a decade.

In one of the episodes of "IU's Palette," Yoo In Na revealed that her best friend never made her upset. IU then explained that she is careful not to cause any emotional stress to Yoo In Na, which she did, according to the other.

The idol-actress said that her friend is the type of person who is very expressive.

"But I always feel sorry for not showing as much feeling as you have shown me. I somehow feel like I owe you."

What's Next for Yoo In Na?

Yoo In Na made her K-drama comeback in 2023, playing the titular role in "Bo Ra! Deborah" after starring in "Snowdrop" in 2021.

Although there are no offers yet regarding her return to the small screen, fans would be thrilled to see the actress take on another challenging role. Of course, fans would love to see her and IU in a drama.
