“Empress Ki” & “The Heirs” Production Team Did Not Pay The Actors

The list of drama and movie production companies that did not pay their actors was released.

The Korean entertainment management organization last Thursday released a list of drama and movie production companies that did not pay their actors. In addition, they shared a statement that said they would actively seek for the answers to when the actors would be paid.

The drama with the most unpaid dollar amount of money was "The World That They Live In," which was filmed in 2008 by the production company called W. E. Z.

Lee Kim production company, which did not pay the actors in three dramas including "The War Of Money," "Every Night," and "I Cant Live With Losing," is currently producing the popular KBS Monday Tuesday drama "Empress Ki." In addition, the Hwa And Dam Pictures production company, which did not pay the actors in the drama "Passionate Merchants," also produced the most popular drama of last year, the SBS Wednesday Thursday drama "The Heirs."
