A new set of characters are rumored to be added in Injustice 2 and Mortal Kombat creator Ed Boon tweets another cryptic message for gaming fans.
According to reports form Gameinformer, Ed Boon tweeted another message and it contains the theme song of the 1973 DC cartoon series "Super Friends" as a source of inspiration for the game.

The Mortal Kombat creator has been making these mysterious tweets as a countdown for upcoming E3 2014 in Los Angeles. Last week, Ed Boon tweeted a picture with an "X" on it as gaming fans speculated a crossover game is in the works for Injustice 2.
Meanwhile, four new characters are rumored to join the game. According to an Injustice fan page these characters are the telepathic genius ape Gorilla Grodd, the alien robot Brainiac, Superman's cousin Supergirl, the Amazon witch Circe, and the third Blue Beetle Jaime Reyes.
