Who started the flame?

Jay Branscomb is known for making jokes online particularly in Facebook. He posted last July 7 Spielberg's picture with dead dinosaur with a caption,

“Disgraceful photo of recreational hunter happily posing next to a triceratops he just slaughtered. Please share so the world can name and shame this despicable man.”

Oh, yeah, this is meant for a joke time, but someone took it seriously... and seriously is there a dinosaur alive today? =)
