The cast of "Misaeng" is going all out with its promotions, starting with the release of several video and photo teasers for the drama, as well as a photo shoot in Cosmopolitan.
Im Si Wan, Kang So Ra, Kang Ha Neul, Lee Sung Min, and the rest of tvN's new drama "Misaeng" showed their quirky and fun-loving side with their unique video teaser that was released earlier.
In the video, which is called "the elevator teaser," the main cast are confined in an elevator where the days of the week are shown to be passing by. The characters' moods become more enthusiastic as they come closer to the end of the week, and when they reach Friday, the cast can be seen celebrating the last day of work.
The end voiceover says, "Life is still worth living," which is related to the drama's title "Misaeng," which translates to "an incomplete life."
In addition, photo teasers were released, making the fans more anxious about the drama's premiere. The cast can be seen in an office setting, and look every bit the average office worker.
According to captions on the photos, "The actors have all become the perfect office workers, and their office is just as homely as an actual office. The computers and Internet are also working well here! You're all looking forward to it, right?"
Meanwhile, the cast posed for fashion magazine Cosmopolitan with the concept "every day salary man," which is a nod to their drama's premise.
Veteran actor Lee Sung Min talked about their drama during the shoot, and said, "For this pictorial, we wanted to show everyone the charms of an average office worker."
"Misaeng" is an honest story about life in the corporate world, to be portrayed by Im Si Wan, Kang So Ra, Lee Sung Min, and Kang Ha Neul.
The drama is scheduled to premiere on October 17 on tvN.
