The rain didn't stop Moon Young from visiting Kang Tae in his new workplace, OK Psychiatric Hospital, confident and persistent wearing her red shoes.

Kang Tae was surprised to see her, though he wished that they wouldn't cross paths again. Moon Young is clear that she wants to be with him, and she will do everything that he accepts her invitation.

Their exchange of bickering is interrupted when head nurse Park advises her to meet director Oh in his office. He explained Moon Young's father's situation regarding his mental disorder and brain tumor. Director Oh invited Moon Young to be their lecturer for Literature under the hospital's new therapy program.

Moon Young didn't decline, but she isn't happy about the terms of spending her time with her father, walking outside the hospital. She wanted to be in the hospital for another reason.

His shift ended for the day. Kang Tae was in his locker room, shirtless, as he prepared to change. He got startled, thinking he was talking to his colleague. Moon Young's voice echoed as she invited him for a meal. She was at a loss for words, looking at Kang Tae's well-toned abs. She tried to touch it, but Kang Tae swatted her hand away. He pushed her out of the room, and they ran into Joo Ri, looking puzzled at them.

Joo Ri asked Moon Young how she knew Kang Tae. Moon Young is convinced that they are destined to meet after their childhood acquaintances.

At the parking area, Kang Tae is annoyed with her persistent invite to dine out. Then, Moon Yoong decided to give him peace for the time being.

She headed to the forest and opened their abandoned mansion to be her place to sleep for the night. Her father built the house, celebrating her birth and allowing his wife to focus on writing. But it didn't go well. Many have said that it was a cursed spell that killed her mother and his father's illness worsened.

Moon Young encountered nightmares on her first night after a long time of leaving the place untouched. A flashback of the past hunted her until the present. She comforted herself with the "butterfly hug" that Kang Tae taught her to calm her anxiety.

Meanwhile, Kang Tae and Joo-Ri's mother is happy as they eat dinner together at the rooftop. His good friend Jae Soo rented another room to stay close with them.

The following day, a patient comes in to get himself admitted. He is the youngest son of an assemblyman, running for a new position in town. Min-Seok suffers from manic disorder (depression) and gets in trouble every season. One of his ways to get attention is his exhibitionist behavior, showing his private parts and running around.

Jae Soo opened a new pizza house. He partnered with Sang Tae as he worked in doing caricature drawings for customers.

The new therapy program starts making Moon Young's first-day teaching literature to the patients. Her impressions of the meaning of fairytale stories surprised the audience.

Then, Moon Young tried to push her luck to get Kang Tae's attention by shouting, "Do you want to sleep with me?" in front of the patients and hospital attendants. Kang Tae grabbed her arms and brought her to another room. He asked her to leave him alone and stop her jokes. But Moon Young told him that he's a hypocrite to show his true feelings and hides it to feel good. She left him without a word.

Sang Tae attended his first consultation visit with director Oh. Kang Tae is amused as he gave his brother a new painting project as part of his therapy.

He discovered that Sang Tae saves money to buy a camping van and plans to use it as their house rather than move often, which makes his brother stressed in looking for money to pay for the rent.

On his way to work and taking a lift with Joo Ri's car, Kang Tae received a call from his colleague that Min-Seok escaped from the hospital. Moon Young let him ride in her car and took him out for a ride. Kang Tae saw her car and advised Joo Ri to stop in the middle of the road.

Min-Seok shouted with fear as she speeds fast in driving and stops in front of Kang Tae. Furious with her behavior again, Kang Tae shouted and asked Min-Seok to step out of the car. But Moon Young starts the engine and drives the car going to the center of the town.

Kang Tae borrowed Joo Ri's car and followed Moon Young's speed. They reached the town circling the market. Min-Seok saw his father, doing his open rally with his supporters. Moon Young stopped the car and let Min-Seok join them in his version of having fun.

Min-Seok runs to the stage and exposes who he is, telling his story how he ended in the hospital with mental depression. His father neglected and abandoned him for being a slow learner. In his way of getting his father's attention, he ended up getting crazy.

Kang Tae stops his car and runs towards the stage. He heard Min-Seok's story and felt sad about his story.
Moon Young stands beside him as they looked at Min-Seok, having fun on stage. Kang Tae suddenly blurted, "Should I just have fun with you?"
