On Sunday, April 3, 2022, the final episode of "Twenty Five, Twenty One" achieved the highest ratings of the drama's entire broadcast!

"Twenty Five, Twenty One" follows the stories of five youths who continue to dream and reach their goals in spite of life's unexpected challenges.

The drama enjoyed an all-time high and double-digit ratings throughout its entire run. Meanwhile, "Twenty Five, Twenty One" episode 16 scored an average nationwide rating of 11.5%, its highest rating yet.

'Twenty Five, Twenty One' Episode 16 Highlights: Na Hee Do, Baek Yi Jin Call It Quits

"Twenty Five, Twenty One" episode 16 was melancholic and bittersweet as Na Hee Do (Kim Tae Ri) and Baek Yi Jin (Nam Joo Hyuk) decided to put an end to their relationship, and walk away in separate paths.

While Na Hee Do continued to fence for South Korea, Baek Yi Jin thrived as a local news reporter and later on, received the anchorman promotion.

As they flourished at the things they are truly passionate about, the couple's love for one another had gone cold with all their missed calls, unreturned emails and messages and undeniable absence.

Inevitably, Na Hee Do and Baek Yi Jin suffered and were hurt. Although they broke up, Na Hee Do and Baek Yi Jin decided to be civil and remain friends, for the sake of the beautiful memories they cherish.

On the other hand, Moon Ji Woong (Choi Hyun Wook) and Go Yu Rim (WJSN Bona) stood strong and fought against all odds. 

Their friend Ji Seung Wan (Lee Joo Myung) is happy with her job as an assistant director, and is now seeing Baek Yi Jin's younger brother.
