'The 8 Show’ Episode 5-6: Top Floors Get the Upper Hand, New Fatal Games Created

Things get intense in "The 8 Show" Episodes 5 and 6 as the group became divided into top and bottom floors.

Helmed and penned by Han Jae Rim of "The King" and "Emergency Declaration," the Netflix series is based on the hit webtoons "Money Game" and "Pie Game," which featured stories about survival games.

The new show airs on Netflix and has a total of 8 episodes in one season. 

"The 8 Show" cast features a roster of talented stars: Ryu Jun Yeol, Chun Woo Hee, Lee Joon Young, Park Hae Joon, Park Jeong Min, Bae Sung Woo, Lee Yeol Eum, and Moon Jung Hee.

With the suspense series, viewers get to see the thrilling ride of how the eight individuals survive the mysterious game.

While the number of floors stands for the class status, the situation got worse for the lower-floor participants of "The 8 Show."

The 6th floor guy connived with the 8th floor, who agreed to use dictatorship as a form of their new system.

They would keep the viewers entertained by performing games, but the catch was that only the lower-floor participants would take part in them.

The 6th floor guy also recruited the 7th floor because of his intelligence. At this point, things got brutal for the game participants since they were forced to beat each other for food and other essentials. They wanted to end it by going on a revolt.

Thankfully, the 7th floor chimed in and helped the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 5th floors get their revenge by launching an attack.

'The 8 Show' Episode 6: Bottom Floors Plan on Ending the Show

One of the highlights in "The 8 Show" Episode 6 was the group's plan to end the show. With the money that they have and the violence caused by the top floors, they decided to leave the show.

However, they found out that the time was extended, which meant that they needed to stay for few more days.

In addition, they also discovered the assault against the 4th and 6th floors, which made them earn a huge amount of time.

The 2nd floor woman was the most pissed because she was all set to leave the game. Since no one was telling the truth, she had to tie everyone up until the game ended.

However, due to the 5th floor's kindness, she was easily persuaded by the 6th floor guy to free him, which resulted in the top floor's revenge.

Again, because of the violence, the viewers were entertained, making them earn more time. The 6th floor was also furious, and wanted to see who was behind the assault.

The 3rd floor guy suggested buying the CCTV footage so they could check who was behind it.
