Despite her demanding schedule, Moon's commitment to her health and fitness remains unwavering.

This rigorous routine, combined with the responsibility of walking her 40kg golden retriever Manu, keeps her in peak physical condition. 

Aside from her fitness regime, Moon Jeong Hee discussed the broader challenges facing the entertainment industry. 

"I don't think it's just a problem with cultural content in general. It's also difficult economically. It seems like there's a global recession. It's a shame that there aren't many dramas or movies that hit us hard."

She went on:

"It's frustrating because I can feel it too. But it's reality. If things are like this, I guess I have no choice but to work hard." 

Despite the downturn, Moon remains optimistic and focused, demonstrating her resilient spirit.
