After 5 Years Away, Wife of Controversial Actor Embroiled in Embarassing Leaked Conversations Sparks Surgery Rumors with New Look

Doctor Min Hye Yeon, the celebrity wife of actor Joo Jin Mo, caused a buzz online when she recently uploaded a picture on her social media account.

In the photo captioned "Kyushu Plateau " she was seen wearing a halter neck dress that accentuated her feminine silhouette.

The social media post garnered interest as some people speculated if she had recently undergone another cosmetic enhancement procedure since her face was partly hidden by a director's hand in the picture.

In 2019, Min Hye Yeon tied the knot with Joo Jin Mo, who was 11 years older than her.

However, the situation took a turn in January 2020 when hackers breached his phone security and issued threats against him for ransom demands, which he firmly rejected despite their attempts to expose his private messages, mainly including actor Jang Dong Gun.

Afterward, Joo Jin Moo extended an apology and mentioned intentions of taking legal measures against the hackers, asserting that his messages were misinterpreted. The actor also took a break from acting due to the controversy.  

Last January, in an episode of the TV Chosun show "Heo Young Man's Food Travel, " Joo Jin Moo made an appearance as a guest star in Daegu, alongside the host Heo Young Man, to explore the city's renowned dining scene. 

The pair enjoyed a meal at a sushi spot at Suseong Market in Daegu, where Joo Jin Moo openly shared the tale of his romance with his wife, Min Hye Yeon. He recounted how he instantly fell for a family medicine practitioner and pursued her until they eventually married.

Min Hye Yeon manages a hospital in Cheongdam Dong, Seoul. She is also involved in different broadcasting ventures.
