'Love Next Door' Recap Episode 15: The Families Oppose Jung Hae In and Jung So Min's Affair

Episode 15 starts off with Jung Hae In and Jung So Min's parents discovering the truth about their romantic relationship. The parents aren't very happy, but because the mothers are currently fighting. One refuses to give their approval while the other mother is angry at her child for pursuing the other. A standoff occurs between the families. Of course Jung So Min's mother is worried about her getting hurt after all her daughter's secrets are revealed to Jung Hae In's family.

Jung Hae In comedically climbs up to Jung So Min's window. He is greeted with a warm hug upon his arrival, and he gives Jung So Min her engagement bracelet. After he proposes once again, she happily accepts. 

When Jung So Min goes to Kim Ji Eun's house to spill the beans about her engagement, she is preparing for her own date with Yoon Ji On. The date location leads to Jung Hae In's office. Yoon Ji On is helping Jung Hae In restore an elderly woman's home in a slum area. The second couple takes his little girl to a café, where Kim Ji Eun asks her for permission to be her mother. The little girl is elated and admits that their new family is a dream come true.

Jung So Min's father is emotional closing up his shop, but he tells Jung So Min that he is ready to embrace a new chapter.

The first and second couples join forces the next day to start restoring the elderly woman's home. The lady is grateful for their work. The home looks great, and Jung Hae In was thoughtful enough to design a special window for her tiny room.

The fight continues between Jung Hae In and Jung So Min's mothers, and it is even apparent to their friends around them. An intervention is planned, but it only makes the ladies' fight more intense.

Jung Hae In wants to apply to a program giving free architectural consultations to residents and redeveloping places in need of repair. He inspires his wife-to-be, and she wants to do the same for others with her cooking.

The mothers are on their way to reconciliation when one comes to the other's aid in a fight. When their families pick them up at the police station, friendship is restored, and they finally accept their children's relationship.

Kim Ji Eun secures her position on the Antarctica research team. She is overjoyed but shocked that she has to leave next month. Jung So Min's father has an emotional last day at his restaurant. Both families gather there for dinner, and Yoon Ji On even interviews him about his retirement.

Jung So Min proposes to Jung Hae In with one of her signature dishes, and the main couple promises to stay with each other no matter what.
