Henry Cavill Girlfriend Gina Carano’s Fight With Ronda Rousey Won’t Materialize This Year, Chances Too Slim Due To Former ‘Strikeforce’ Champ’s Movie Filming Sched

Henry Cavill girlfriend Gina Carano's bout with Ronda Rousey won't be happening this year. According to Fox Sports, Carano's manager, Scott Karp, told MMA Fighting that she will be filming two movies before the end of the year including one this October and another in December.

UFC President Dana White seemed resigned in dealing with Carano's managers. He even called her as "the hardest human being we've ever dealt with."

"I didn't see it coming," White said as reported by Fox Sports. "I don't know, we'll see how these things play out. Just incredibly difficult. We've dealt with (Brock) Lesnar, Tito (Ortiz), Chuck (Liddell) was f--king king of the world, Ronda Rousey, we've pretty much done deals with everyone on Earth and she is the hardest f--king athlete we have ever dealt with. The problem is she allows herself to be handled by these Hollywood f--king idiots. It's absolutely crazy. We've had all the biggest superstars in the world. You're talking about a girl who hasn't fought in a while. Any time you deal with anyone in f--king Hollywood it's a joke. It's literally a joke, it's comical. You feel like you're in a Saturday Night Live skit. This can't be f--king real. In dealing with her people, I don't know if it can be done."

The fight not happening might not be good for the UFC marketing point of view; however, according to online site Awful Announcing, this is "great news for a fighting fan's perspective."

"While Carano once was a solid fighter, it's a question as to whether or not she can even compete at that level after years away from the sport. Rousey has already beaten third-ranked Sara McMann, fourth-ranked Alexis Davis, fifth-ranked Miesha Tate (twice), and sixth-ranked Sarah Kaufman, but second-ranked Cat Zingano (who fights Amanda Nunes tonight), ninth-ranked Bethe Correia, and Cris "Cyborg" Justino all remain marketable options for Rousey. All three would also probably end up giving her more of an entertaining fight than Carano," Joe Lucia of Awful Announcing stated.

Do you think Carano's decision to not fight in the UFC brought her to a better light or not? Let us know your thoughts.
