Are Serena Williams and boyfriend Drake already engaged?

That's the latest rumors going around as the rumored lovebirds are allegedly so smitten with each other that they couldn't wait to tie the knot.

A report from OK! Magazine claimed that the two are already engaged after the Canadian rapper proposed to the multiple Grand Slam winner last month.

The proposal allegedly occurred after Serena Williams got eliminated from the US Open, and to lift her spirits, boyfriend Drake flew her to his hometown in Toronto, Canada where he asked the question.

"She said yes but they want to keep it on the down-low for now," the article alleged.

In an earlier report by AP report, Serena Williams was asked if she's dating Drake and she said, "We've been friends for, like, so many years. Just like family."

SB Nation also pointed out to the Twitter post from WTA Insider where Serena Williams was asked about rumored boyfriend Drake and she revealed that they played tennis often, and the rapper is quite a good player, as a matter of fact.

"We actually hit several times," she said. "He said he played tennis when he was younger. I thought, really, of all sports. So he's always been kind of been into tennis. So we hit a lot. Not a lot, but we used to hit a lot. Yeah, he's really good. He says he can take me lefty, which gets me charged up."

But a TMZ photo back in August seemed to suggest that they are more than friends.

To date, Serena Wiliams and Drake have not responded to the rumor that they are already engaged. But it's hardly surprising considering the tennis champ's need for privacy.

Prior to Drake, Serena Williams was rumored to be dating her coach Patrick Mouratoglou. The reports lasted for a long time, but she didn't issue a statement confirming or denying them.
