Selena Gomez, no stranger to rumors of her own, took the cudgels for BFF Taylor Swift in light of the breakup rumors with boyfriend Calvin Harris.

In an interview with Andy Cohen on his radio show on SiriusXM, Justin Bieber's ex called the breakup rumors as "stupid."

"I think I would have found that out. Is that a rumor?" she said. "Honestly, it's so stupid. I'm pregnant every week, [Taylor's] gonna be pregnant. It's so stupid, like you can't really read that stuff."

Calvin Harris, meanwhile, threatened to make the tabloids pay for circulating the nasty rumor about his breakup with Taylor Swift.

In his Twitter account, the music producer wrote, "It's not going to be a 'happy ending' for everyone I sue for defamation of character for all these bullshit stories bye bye."

"Dude, just shake it off," one fan quipped, referring to the Taylor Swift hit song.

Another said, "Yas, sue the hell out of the money making assholes who's trying to damage your rep!!"

Calvin Harris' rant came on the heels of the breakup rumors because the EDM DJ visited a Thai massage parlor for a "happy ending."

According to Radar Online, Calvin Harris stepped out of the massage parlor in Los Angeles on Sept. 12 after spending two hours inside with his "own masseuse" who is part of the staff.

"Though he has a net worth of more than $110 million, the spot advertises it services for as little as $40 -- and an insider said Swift was immediately suspicious about happened inside. A source close to Calvin insisted to Radar nothing untoward occurred," it claimed.

However, the gossip tabloid claimed that Taylor Swift got angry when she saw the photos published on Radar Online.

To date, Taylor Swift has not yet issued a statement on the breakup rumors involving boyfriend Calvin Harris.
