What seemed like an innocent guesting on a cooking show can turn out to be a PR disaster for Peter's presidential ambitions, the latest spoilers for "The Good Wife" season 7 claimed.

The synopsis for "The Good Wife" season 7, episode 3 offers spoilers as it reads, "Alicia and Lucca work together on a complicated court case involving a designer drug dealer. Also, Eli encourages Alicia and Veronica to participate in a mother/daughter cooking show to help Peter's campaign, with disastrous results."

What could have happened that will cause harm to Peter's presidential bid? Alicia does have an ax grind so it could be a comment that gets out of hand fast. How would Peter react to the PR disaster?

It must be remembered that Alicia was forced to resign and she swore off politics after being shown its dirty colors.

Meanwhile, fans can look forward to the sneaky Howard getting his much needed comeuppance on the next episode of "The Good Wife."

Entertainment Tonight dished some spoilers as it said that Howard is being eased out of Lockhart, Agos & Lee.

Thinking that he could get an ally in Alicia, Howard went to the former state attorney only to be put in her place and complained about being alienated because "Cary and that little gerbil" wanted him out because of his youth.

But Alicia knows Howard and tells him, "My guess is they're pushing you out because of performance. You don't do anything, Howard."

Before letting Howard out, she offers some free advice and that's for him to "Work. Harder."

"Bring more money to the firm and they won't have a rationale to fire you," she says.

A good advice, indeed.

Watch out for more "The Good Wife" season 7 spoilers which will be published here when they become available, ahead of the airing date on Oct. 18 at 9:30 p.m. on CBS.
