Taylor Swift has denied any feud with Katy Perry, but the "Bad Blood" singer's BFF Selena Gomez sort of confirmed it.
In an interview with Andy Cohen on "Watch What Happens Live," Justin Bieber's ex was asked if there's any truth to the lingering rumor regarding the feud between Taylor Swift and Katy Perry.
"Without much thought, Selena chose to plead the fifth to that question - which basically means it IS true, right? If it weren't true, why wouldn't she just say it's not true! Super fishy!|" said Hollywood Life.
Calvin Harris' girlfriend has denied that there's any feud between her and Katy Perry and Taylor Swift pointed that has never manifested in any of her songs.
"I never said anything that would point a finger in the specific direction of one specific person, and I can sleep at night knowing that," Taylor Swift told GQ. "I knew the song would be assigned to a person, and the easiest mark was someone who I didn't want to be labeled with this song. It was not a song about heartbreak. It was about the loss of friendship."
But in a previous interview for Rolling Stone, however, Taylor Swift hinted of the feud with Katy Perry which the article said was tackled by Calvin Harris' girlfriend in "Bad Blood."
"For years, I was never sure if we were friends or not," she recounted. "She would come up to me at awards shows and say something and walk away, and I would think, 'Are we friends, or did she just give me the harshest insult of my life?'"
Taylor Swift went on to add, "She did something so horrible. I was like, 'Oh, we're just straight-up enemies.' And it wasn't even about a guy! It had to do with business. She basically tried to sabotage an entire arena tour. She tried to hire a bunch of people out from under me. And I'm surprisingly non-confrontational - you would not believe how much I hate conflict. So now I have to avoid her. It's awkward, and I don't like it."
That part was well documented as Katy Perry reportedly stole Taylor Swift's backup dancers for her Super Bowl performance which only reignited their feud.
