Time and time again, Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi have become the subject of divorce rumors. Time and time again, they continue to debunk the nasty suggestions.

On Saturday, the couple were snapped locking their hands while going out to eat in Hollywood.

"The 57-year-old comedienne kept it casual in a black T-shirt and red trousers," said Daily Mail. "Portia, 42, meanwhile opted for khaki shorts and a flowing white blouse.Ellen and Portia both sported sunglasses as they clasped fingers after lunch with friends."

Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi just celebrated their seventh wedding anniversary on Aug. 16, and during the Teen Choice Awards where she was recognized as the Choice Comedian, she gushed bout her wife and their journey together.

"It feels good to be chosen," she said. "but there was a time in my life where I was not chosen. I was the opposite of chosen because I was different."

"I think I want to make sure that everyone knows that what makes you different right now makes you stand out later in life," she then addressed the audience. "You should be proud of being different. You should be proud of who you are."

Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi were hounded by divorce rumors with reasons ranging from their busy schedules to the talk show being very demanding and jealous, particularly when the former "Ally McBeal" actress scored a regular gig on "Scandal."

The comedian also slammed the divorce rumors during an interview with Today.

"I'm just more flabbergasted by the fact that someone needs to make up a story," she said.

She went on to add, "There's never been a point where we were breaking up or divorcing or fighting. None of these stories are even remotely true."

Portia de Rossi, meanwhile, continue to stay mum amid the divorce rumors preferring to let her wife do the talking.
