Tori Spelling's husband is allegedly not providing for his children. According to a report from Radar Online, Dean McDermott allegedly owes ex-wife up to Mary Jo Eustace up to $45,000 in child support and alimony payments.
"Dean hasn't paid a dime since February," the insider revealed.
Even though Mary Jo Eustace is reportedly not strapped for cash, the Canadian chef and author allegedly believes that Dean McDermott should provide for his first family. The ex-couple shares a son, 16-year-old son Jack McDermott.
"Dean owes it to Jack," the insider said. "[But] he says he's flat broke and just doesn't have the money."
Some point out how Tori Spelling's husband should equally provide for both his current family and his former spouse. Dean McDermott ended his marriage to Mary Jo Eustace following an affair with the "Beverly Hills 90210" star, whom he has four children with.
Some speculate that the inability of Dean McDermott to provide for his children properly has to do with Tori Spelling's rumored issues with money. According to a previous report from OK! Magazine, the daughter of late Hollywood producer Aaron Spelling is allegedly overspending amid her family's financial woes.
Even though Tori Spelling's husband has allegedly been trying to stick to a budget, the former teen star has supposedly been living beyond their means.
"Dean's been trying to get the family back on track, but Tori just refuses to quit her pampering ways," an insider shared. "For Tori, Mommy's needs come first."
Rumors circulating since last summer claim that Dean McDermott and Tori Spelling's monetary problems have pushed them to move to a much smaller house. Another report from Radar Online, the controversial couple reportedly did hauled belongings themselves without hiring professional movers.
"Tori and Dean did the moving themselves to save money," a source explained.
"They are having money problems. This is why they moved and downsized."
"They have busy schedules, so Dean took it upon himself to make it easier on the family to handle all of the logistics of moving," the source added.
