Olivier Martinez will reportedly ask spousal support from Halle Berry following the divorce filed by both the couple. Meanwhile, reports are circulating that the French actor's anger management issues led to the downfall in marriage.

The "Extant" actress allegedly filed for divorce twice-first using the pseudonyms Hal Maria and Oliver Martin before resorting to filing under their real names. She must have been forced to do that when the "Unfaithful" actor filed his own papers to become the petitioner in the proceedings.

"Apparently Olivier doesn't think fake names are kosher, so his lawyer, disso queen Laura Wasser, has just filed for divorce listing Olivier as the petitioner," said TMZ. "As for why being the petitioner is important, in Hollywood it matters who left who."

"Olivier's asking for joint custody of the couple's 2-year-old son, Maceo. As we reported, they have a prenup so money will not be an issue," it added.

People that he reason for the divorce was Olivier Martinez feeling a bit insecure that Halle Berry was the one bringing home the bacon.

The source claimed, "Oliver comes from a world where he was easily intimidated by her ability to work and that she was the breadwinner."

"He was emasculated by her beauty and her power, and his temper could erupt," the insider added. "He was never physically abusive towards her. He was very possessive in a very kind of caveman way but was never abusive to her or the family."

Meanwhile, Daily Mail claimed that Martin Olivier will ask for spousal support at a later date.

"And the actress has requested that he be required to get permission if he wants to take their son Maceo, aged two, out of California," it added.

"The new revelations appear to be an indication that battle lines are being drawn up in the event the pair - and their attorneys - are unable to reach a consensus about matters to do with money and property, and issues concerning Maceo."
