Patrick Dempsey stole the show in the London premiere of the James Bond movie "Spectre."

The former "Grey's Anatomy" star looked dashing in the red carpet, alongside the stars of the movie, Daniel Craig, Lea Seydoux and Naomie Harris. British Royals, including Prince William and Duchess Catherine, were also in attendance.

"Like a fine wine, Patrick Dempsey only seems to get better with age," The Hollywood Reporter wrote about Patrick Dempsey's red carpet look. "The 49-year-old heartthrob, now sporting a few silver streaks in his wavy mane, was dapper as ever in his dark gray Burberry tux."

"The impeccable fit, perfectly buffed shoes and hint of a five o'clock shadow helped the actor channel his inner international spy. Who knows? Perhaps he's gearing up to audition to become the next James Bond himself."

Some view Patrick Dempsey's apperance in the London premiere of "Spectre" as the actor's way of letting Hollywood watchers know that he's still in the loop and that he's still a big name in the industry despite his "Grey's Anatomy" exit.

Could it also be his way of showing Ellen Pompeo that his career can survive being killed off in "Grey's Anatomy?"

Though Patrick Dempsey and Ellen Pompeo are both keeping mum on rumors that they purportedly have an ongoing feud, it has been previously reported that the former "Grey's Anatomy" co-stars may indeed be giving each other the cold shoulder.

Speculations about Patrick Dempsey and Ellen Pompeo's alleged feud first sparked after the actress said that "Grey's Anatomy" season 12 will be fine even without the actor's character.

"It's like, Annalise Keating carries the show, Olivia Pope carries the show," Ellen Pompeo told Entertainment Weekly as published in an earlier report. "But somehow, Meredith Grey needs someone."

"Why can't I just be the lead of the show the way Annalise and Olivia can? Why can't I be on that poster by myself," the actress added.

Ellen Pompeo referred to the other two Shonda Rhimes shows in the TGIT (Thank God It's Thursday) block - Annalise Keating, played by Viola Davis, on "How to Get Away With Murder," and Olivia Pope, played by Kerry Washington, in "Scandal."
