The CMA (Country Music Association) Awards that happened on November 4 2015, presented some great performances and hosting, along with the award giving ceremony, quoted Forbes webiste.

Brad Paisley and Carrie Underwood played the perfect hosts by continuously keeping the audience engaged with their outstanding humor. The hosts made the audience go berserk with laughter, commenting on the 'nude-selfies' trend and also taking a dig at Taylor Swift, Jhonny Cash and Dolly Parton.

Chris Stapleton, 37 year old American musician managed to bag three different awards. The musician won the awards for the album "Traveller". Chris Stapleton lost his father two years back. The musician said he made this album thinking about his dad. He wanted to compose music that his dad would have liked. Chris and Justin Timberlake gave a power-packed performance at the CMA awards night to enthrall the audience.

"Little Big Town" won the award for the Vocal Group of The Year, while their song called "Girl Crush" won the title Song of the Year. Miranda Lambart won the title for Female Vocalist of the Year. The award was Miranda Lambart's sixth Female Vocalist award. "I needed a bright spot this year," she said as quoted by CBS News. The musician recently separated from her husband Blake Shelton.

Miranda Lamabart donned an amazing black dress along with the pink hair. She performed "Bathroom Sink" at the CMA awards. She wore a Chris Stapleton shirt when she went on stage to accept the award. 'Entertainer of the Year' went to Luke Bryan, who looked a bit surprised. Luke also said for all the people who didn't know Chris Stapleton until now, they would surely know from now. Vocal Duo of the Year went to "Florida Georgia Line". CMA awards are presented to musicians every year in America to honor and recognize their contribution to the music industry.
