Jeremy Lin has found his name in the trade rumors as a new article claimed that the Charlotte Hornets are thinking about moving him to Chicago Bulls, which fell to the Michael Jordan-owned squad on Linsanity's contributions.

Christian Post pointed to the report that the Charlotte Hornets are on the verge of extending the contract with Jeremy Lamb, which would make Jeremy Lin expendable.

"Its relevance to the report of Lin heading to Bulls is that letting go of the 27-year-old 'Linsanity' figurehead would give the Hornets the chance to acquire Kirk Hinrich, Bull's shooting guard/point guard," it said. "Aside from having a veteran on the court, the trade with Lin would also have the Bulls give their own 2016 Draft pick to the Hornets."

If the trade rumor is true, then Jeremy Lin might have passed his job interview as he overwhelmed the Chicago Bulls guards with his size during the recent 130-105 win.

"Lin was able to use his superior size and strength to mitigate Brooks' speed advantage (Brooks has a speed advantage over almost everyone)," 2 Paragraphs said. "And Lin is equipped to embody either a big, strong point guard or a very swift shooting guard, using his different advantages in each position. He goes into the lane with remarkable balance and power."

For the night, Jeremy Lin ended with 15 points, five rebounds, four assists and a block.

Although there's no confirmation that Charlotte Hornets and the Chicago Bulls are looking for a trade involving Jeremy Lin and Kirk Hinrich, along with draft picks, it would need to be approved by Michael Jordan who seems to be enamored with Linsanity.

"We just got Jeremy Lin, who I think is going to be our biggest acquisition. His penetration, his shooting capability, his point guard savvy, he can really pass the basketball, his energy about the game of basketball something," Michael Jordan told the Chinese media, according to NBC Sports.
