Jenelle Evans was reported to cops by Nathan Griffith.
According to a report from Radar Online, the "Teen Mom" star was probed by Child Protection Services (CPS) during her recent vacation with new beau, David Eason.
The 23-year-old reality star was called out after she was accused of bringing her son, Kaiser, to her recent out-of-the-country getaway. She shares the one-year-old child with Nathan Griffith, whom she parted ways with earlier this year. The two have been fighting after their split because of parental rights and other personal issues.
Amid their highly publicized feud, Jenelle Evans was reported by Nathan Griffith to police after Kaiser was allegedly brought out of the US without his knowledge and consent.
"Nathan did call CPS and the cops on Jenelle," an insider revealed.
However, officials reportedly pacified Nathan Griffith upon learning that his child was in good hands and simply staying with Jenelle Evans' friend, Tori Rhyne.
"They checked on Kaiser and both CPS and the cops said everything is fine," the insider said.
According to a report from Wetpaint, Jenelle Evans' friend also explained to the police that Nathan Griffith does not even have custody of Baby Kaiser.
"[Cops] were like, 'Oh sorry, we had no idea!'" the source narrated. "They just saw that Kaiser was okay and then they left."
The source also clarified that Jenelle Evans was only questioned by CPS.
"Jenelle didn't speak to the cops," an insider pointed out. "She just spoke to CPS."
"CPS told Jenelle that they would talk to her when she gets back and that's all, but that everything looked okay and everything was fine," the insider added.
Jenelle Evans' custody issues with Nathan Griffith supposedly escalated when the young dad recently took their baby to Boston without his ex-girlfriend's permission.
"He took Kaiser to Boston last weekend and no one told Jenelle," an insider said.
The Boston incident supposedly provoked the MTV reality star to be more strict about her former beau spending time with Kaiser.
"Since the Boston trip, Jenelle told Nathan that if he wants to see Kai, he can take her to court for visitation," an insider explained.
