Adriana Campos, Colombian television and film actress, died in a tragic car accident early morning on November 3, 2015, as reported by DailyMail. The "Tiempo Final" star was killed in the accident with her husband, Carlos Rincon, a businessman.
The couple were driving south west of Colombia's Department of Antioquia to visit their one year old son in Medellin, which is Carlos's hometown. When he lost control of the car, assumed to have fallen asleep for few moments and crashed it directly into the Cauca River near the town of Salgar, according to the HollywoodReporter.com.
The accident occurred in the western jurisdiction of the nation outside Medellin and both bodies were taken to Salgar, Antioquia. The couple was declared dead at the scene.
Juan Gómez, a highway patrol commander for the City of Antioquia, said that traffic units were immediately sent to the accident spot and bodies were removed and transported to Salgar Hospital's morgue for required formalities, quoted IBTimes.com.

Some of them are "Padres e hijos," "Vecinos," and "El zorro." In 2008, Adriana Campos was nominated for best supporting actress at the TVyNovelas Awards for her role as "Nicol Aguila" in the series "Vecinos" and in 2010, she received a second nomination for her standout performance in "Bella Calamidades" as "Pricilla Cardona" in Best Villain category.
"Adriana was a charismatic and versatile actress who, despite her youth, had built a long career," Magdalena La Rotta, Colombian TV producer and director said, . She was part of many successful productions next to well recognized actors and, thanks to her wide-ranging ability, was able to play all kinds of characters. At a personal level, she was (well) liked for her positive attitude and warmth, and that also reflected on-screen, making her a very beloved actress," quoted the HollywoodReporter.com.
According to the latest news from Colombian authorities, Adriana and Rincon didn't die of drowning, but instead died from fractures and internal injuries sustained in the crash, quoted HollywoodReporter.com.
