Have Katy Perry and John Mayer broken up again?
The "Roar" singer was reportedly flirting with a group commander of the Royal Air Force during a recent performance in Dubai.
The man in question was identified as Wing Commander Mike Woods.
UK's Mirror reported, "Wearing a glittery leotard and thigh-high boots, Katy asked Mike if he would catch her as she jumped into the crowd at Dubai Airport's Airshow Gala Dinner, before quipping: 'Down boy, down boy!'
Mike Woods introduced himself and told John Mayer's girlfriend that he's celebrating his 48th birthday.
"Though Katy has an on/off boyfriend in singer songwriter John Mayer, 38, she told Mike: '50's my cut-off,'" the tabloid added.
"When Mike revealed he had once been serenaded by an Elvis impersonator, Katy cooed: 'That was an imitator and this is the real thing, honey.'"
Then there's another item which prompted speculations about the Katy Perry and John Mayer breakup.
Apparently, the "Your Body is a Wonderland" singer is seeing Giada de Laurentiis, who is also rumored to be dating Bobby Flay, who also divorced "Law & Order: SVU" actress Stephanie March earlier this year.
According to Celebrity Dirty Laundry, the Giada de Laurentiis and John Mayer rumors have been going on since she was till married to Todd Thompson in 2009.
The Food Network star has denied any romantic relationship with Katy Perry's on-and-off boyfriend.
"Is Giada De Laurentiis no using good buddy John in order to force Bobby Flay into proposing? Reportedly Giada wants the Emmy-winning chef to put a ring on it and start planning a big wedding," CDL noted.
Giada de Laurentiis has admitted during an appearance with The Wendy Williams show that she's seeing somebody right now, although she didn't confirm if it's Bobby Flay or even John Mayer.
To date, Katy Perry and John Mayer have yet to issue a statement on the rumored breakup.
