Ellen DeGeneres's talk show ,"The EllenDeGeneres Show" celebrated its 2000th episode on November 12, 2015 with Jennifer Anniston and Justin Timberlake, according to USAToday.com. The names of the guests were kept secret from Ellen DeGeneres and it was a total surprise for her when both the stars came.

The comedienne admitted it wasn't easy to surprise her. Because according to her, surprises always tend to leak out and they don't remain a surprise any longer. But this time her crew managed to do it. "I wanted to play ping pong and they were like, 'Stay in your dressing room,' " she revealed how strict her staff was that day.

Jennifer Anniston, the popular "Friends" star, made to the guest list on the show after a long span of almost 12 years. She brought a welcome mat for Ellen as a gift.

Apart from the two stars, third surprise for Ellen was a visit from Kerry Washington, reported USAToday.com, who gave her two Olivia Pope wine glasses. Kerry played "Twinkle Twinkle Little Star" on the Tuba to gathered contributions for her favorite charity.

The last guest of the celebration was Peter Roth, CCO and President of Warner Bros. Television Group. He dedicated "Stage one" to Ellen, which happened for the fourth time in the entire history of Warner Bros. Peter gave her a medallion having new stage title called, "The Ellen Stage." He praised Ellen by announcing that she was a national treasure and also a treasure for Warner Bros.

Accoring to DailyMail, Ellen started off with the show with her soliloquy by bragging funnily about the success of the shows and congratulating herself for the remarkable feat. She also mentioned that she would have charged more money if she knew that the" The EllenDeGeneres Show" would go on to broadcast 2000 shows by presenting around 8300 guests and 1145 bands to empty millions barrels of whiskey.

The show has witnessed the presence of 8,300 guests and almost 860,000 live audiences, with over 1,100 bands, quoted the DailyMail.
