Square Enix, developers of the game "Final Fantasy XV" recently revealed that the first half of the upcoming action video game has been completed, according to Destructoid.

The game is confirmed to have crossed the pre-beta stage of development. The developers also revealed that the upcoming game is running successfully without any glitch from start to end.

Techno Buffalo reported that the news of the successful run of the gameplay was disclosed by a programmer on the development team, Satoshi Kitade. He also said that the development team is working on the final leg of the game where few minor changes to the gameplay are required.

"The first half of the game is finished with the quality of a final product, and you get the sense you're playing it in its final form," said Kitade, reported Realty Today.

Kitade claimed that the game will now be undergoing certain compatibility tests over various platforms. He also said that the new game will undergo few graphics transformational changes.

Dan Seto, community manager of Square Enix also said that, even though the game has reached the final stage, it still needs to undergo complex development, so as to be ready for launch without any glitches and problems, reported Techno Buffalo.

Yibada reported that the director of the game, Hajime Tabata also hinted on the possibility that Final Fantasy XV will undergo one more testing phase before it is actually rolled out for the gamers.

Square Enix is set to release the new installment of the action role-playing series Final Fantasy XV in 2016 and will announce the release date during a special event in March next year. The game will be released for Xbox One and PlayStation 4 gaming consoles.
