Khloe Kardashian is seemingly choosing James Harden amid her controversial set-up with her once-estranged husband.
According to a report from Radar Online, the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star has refused to let Lamar Odom recover in her home following his near-fatal drug overdose last October.
The former Los Angeles Lakers player has been confined in Cedars Sinai Medical Center for almost two months. Lamar Odom's medical team is reportedly pushing for him to be transferred to a home environment, where he could recover better.
"Lamar can't stay at Cedars forever," an insider explained. "He needs long-term care."
"His associates really would like for him to have a home health-care type of situation," the insider added.
Even though Khloe Kardashian has been frequently visiting the hospital to help him recover, the 31-year-old allegedly does not want Lamar Odom to move in with her after being discharged.
"Khloe has flat our refused to let Lamar move into her house," the insider said.
"She doesn't want her house to be a hospital. She has been very clear about that."
The TV personality's stand against Lamar Odom moving back with her makes it seem like Khloe Kardashian is choosing James Harden, who she started dating earlier this year. Entertainment Tonight, reported how the Houston Rockets shooting guard even motivated Khloe Kardashian to finally settle her divorce with Lamar Odom.
"When I met James, I just felt like I needed to finish with the divorce," she admitted during an interview in 102.7 KIIS FM's radio show, "On Air With Ryan Seacrest."
"So I expedited it."
However, things took an unexpected turn for Khloe Kardashian and James Harden because of Lamar Odom's death scare. But the reality star said her current boyfriend understands why she needs to put the divorce on hold and look after her ailing spouse.
"I just thought it was really insensitive [to expedite the divorce]," Khloe Kardashian said.
"I get it, I get why it's confusing. I understand all of that... [but] James has been great."
"He's been very supportive with everything," she said.
