Kim Young Kwang's last drama "D-Day" ended on November 21 and the model-turned actor has already committed to his next role. This time instead of playing an unorthodox doctor dealing with a disaster, he will play a star lawyer named Choi Sang Min in the upcoming film tentatively titled "Broker." As the best and most popular lawyer in his law firm, Choi Sang Min is naturally assigned the most important cases. That means he will be assigned the case that the thriller focuses on, the murder of the daughter of a defense minister. But the case is complicated and he will need help from an unexpected source.

Kim Young Kwang is best known for playing the second lead that wooed Park Shin Hye in the drama "Pinocchio" and he also played a man who did not know he was in love with his co-worker in "Nine Plus Boys." His previous films include "Hot Young Bloods" with his other "Pinocchio" co-star Lee Jong Suk and the film "Runway Cop."

Lee Sung Kyung has been cast in the role of a lawyer named Cha Yeon Hee. She teams up with Choi Sang Min to get to the bottom of the murder case. Lee is known for her role as Lee Kwang Soo's girlfriend in "It's Okay That's Love." She appears this year in the drama "Flower of the Queen" and can also be seen in the upcoming manhwa-turned-drama "Cheese in the Trap." "Broker" will be her first film.

Im Joo Hwan plays a producer named Han Seong Ho. There is no more information about how this character is involved in the murder case. Im was recently seen in the dramas "Shine Or Go Crazy" and "Oh My Ghostess" and he has been cast in "Uncontrollably Fond," the upcoming drama starring Suzy Bae and Kim Woo Bin. The 33-year-old actor has appeared in eight films and this year he can be seen in the film "Because I Love You."

The thriller will be directed by Kim Hong Sun, who directed "Friends 2" and "The Con Artists." Im and Kim Hong Sun previously worked together on "The Con Artists."

"Broker" will premiere in 2016.
