Square Enix, video game developer recently launched the action game "Final Fantasy VII" on Sony's PlayStation 4 gaming console, according to Inquisitr.

The trailer for the upcoming new version of the action game of PlayStation 4 was unveiled during the 2015 PlayStation Experience in San Francisco, California.

Venture Beat reported that the new trailer revealed new changes for the Final Fantasy VII game with exceptional improvements in the graphics and features its lead character, Cloud Strife with Buster Sword.

Square Enix also launched the new trailer on YouTube with a small description of the expected gameplay for the players. The developer described the Mako Reactors and how they plan on destructing the world's energy resources.

The trailer also revealed that Shinra Corporation has taken over the corrupt surveillance state and also showcases the ruins left of the Midgar city. It features that ex-warrior Cloud Strife has been hired by "Avalanche" to fight back the evil.

Yoshinori Kitase, the producer of the remake version of Final Fantasy VII, revealed that game is more based on real-time features and strategies rather than just action sequences.

"What makes Final Fantasy different from other games is that the players have the ability to choose weapons, capabilities and magic to be strategic minded, so while the new game has more real-time element, it will also maintain that strategy building element, balancing these two factors perfectly to enhance the gaming experience," said Kitase, reported Vine Report.

Tech Times reported that during the PlayStation experience event, Yoshinori explained how the new game is more different on terms of graphics to keep the current gaming community interested. He also revealed that they have used the Unreal Engine 4 to change the look and feel of the game and make the characters in it look more realistic.

Final Fantasy VII was first released in 1997 by Square Enix for PlayStation platform. The original version is now available on PlayStation 4 at a discounted price of $15.99. The release date of the remake version of the game has not yet been revealed by the developer.
