"Thank you for taking me in. Thank you for not avoiding me. And thank you so so much for loving me."

These words could have been what Park Shi On (Joo Won) had wanted to say, after he had become a doctor and overcome the disability. On KBS Monday Tuesday drama "Good Doctor," Park Shi On's growth story as a doctor told us a story that difference is something people of good faith can readily take in, instead of an object of discrimination.

"Good Doctor" asks us, who is normal and who is not? What's the standard of normal and how do you measure it?

The production team of "Good Doctor," with questions such as these, has intrigued the audience to reflect on the present Korean society.

Dating back to when the synopsis of "Good Doctor" first circulated, people had worried about the difficult role of Park Shi On. Joo Won, after successfully performing that difficult role, is being acclaimed as a prominent candidate of the Grand Acting Award. "Good Doctor" finale recorded 19.2% viewing rate.
