Reese Witherspoon is reportedly in the middle of a million-dollar divorce with Jim Thot, according to the new report from tabloid Star magazine.

The article claimed that Reese Witherspoon and Jim Thot are practically divorced already as they have been living separately for quite some time now.

The Star magazine claimed that Jim Thot sacrificed a lot to make the marriage work as he put on the backburner his career as a movie producer for Reese Witherspoon. But he resumed working and in the process, forgot about the actress.

"Reese says that Jim is not the same man that she married," the source told the magazine, per CDL.

"They fight over everything," the alleged insider added. "Something as minor as him forgetting to return her call can quickly turn into a screaming argument."

However, if all these details about their alleged troubled marriage are true, why is Reese Witherspoon not filing for divorce?

Apparently, the actress is "mortified" about the idea of having to go through divorce twice, after her first marriage to Ryan Phillippe ended.

Another reason is that the divorce would be very costly for Reese Witherspoon since she's worth more than he is.

"The thought of splitting their combined $135 Million fortune scares Reese as well," the insider claimed.

But Gossip Cop reported that there's no truth to the divorce rumors surrounding Resse Witherspoon and Jim Thot.

The article claimed that Star magazine has been making money fabricating reports about any celebrity.

"Star has been peddling reports about Witherspoon and Toth's supposed marriage problems for quite some time," it said. "In fact, Gossip Cop debunked a rather similar cover story just over a year ago. That one proclaimed the actress was in a '$110 million divorce shocker.'"

To date, neither Reese Witherspoon nor Jim Thot has yet to issue a statement confirming or denying the divorce rumors.
