The main hurdle to the rumored tour by Guns N' Roses is reportedly over as the original members solved their legal issues. Now the rumors about the rock band making an appearance on Coachella or Glastonbury are going on overdrive.

According to Brazilian journalist Jose Norberto Flesch, who gained the notoriety of being the first to break the news of concerts in Brazil, reportedly tweeted, "Heads up! The 'possible return of Guns' story is stronger now. I've heard that the legal issues have been solved. Now it's up to the band."

Loaded reported that after Guns N' Roses frontman Axl Rose and guitarist Slash settled their differences, "megabucks offers" are already coming for the band to perform at "two British festivals at Isle Of Wight and Download as part of their comeback tour."

"An insider told us that the tour won't happen for another two years to allow Rose and Slash to complete all their existing commitments," it said.

"Rose is believed to want to play more gigs in 2016 to show some loyalty to his existing bandmates, who have toured under the Guns N' Roses name ever since guitarist Slash and fellow original members Duff McKagan and Steven Adler left during the 1990s."

However, the rumor about Glastonbury being part of the Guns N' Roses tour might not hold water because the event doesn't really feature rock bands and in fact, the organizers don't really pay too much for Axl Rose and Slash to be interested.

At the same GNR forum, a contributor also quoted Flesch as saying, "Guns already has an offer ($$$$) from Coachella for a long time. It was only a matter of solving their issues."

Then, "European festivals are also anxiously awaiting for a resolution for all Guns related problems."

Of course, for now all these reports of Guns N' Roses embarking on a comeback tour in 2016 are just rumors unless there's official announcement from the members.
