The film was distributed by the CGV Arthouse and At( Film, which was directed and written by Director Yi Ok Seop, produced by Koo Kyu Hwan and the cinematography was made by Lee Jae Woo.
Meanwhile, the actress was invited for an interview during the BIFF came back like a baseball player on this year's film of the actress.
When asked about how she accepted the role as well as what were her preparations for the movie, she answered, "I wanted to do it as soon as I saw the script. I sympathize with the will to run toward the dream of a character who can only cheer. It was such a warm message that penetrated my heart deeply."
She then added, "I practiced with a male high school player who wants to become a pro at the baseball field. I don't want to lose anything, and I want to do the same with them."
The actress also shared heer realizations upon filming the movie, that it is not good to give up.
On the other hand, as the years go by, Lee Joo Young has been gaining her popularity in the field of independent films. However, she said that she is very open to working for commercial films and commercial dramas as well.
Lee said, " I want to join in the field of commercial film and drama. I want to be the main character, and I want to gain experience with the things I haven't done yet. I think I can do it."
She also shared that due to the demand for Korean films and dramas nowadays, she wants to try working on melodrama or classic projects.
"Melo can express the warm sensibility of the era that stimulates sensitivity." Lee Joo Young explained.
As she wrapped up her interview, she expressed her love for acting and leave her final words, saying, "I want to do this for a very long time, doing what I love without losing me. As we work together, I always want to make everyone happy. I want to keep doing this."
