'Gong Lovely' Gong Hyo Jin activities this Harvest Season, "All Eyes on Me"
According to the Korean Film Council's consolidated ticket sales this week, "The Most Ordinary Love," starring Kim Rae Won and her ranked is now the highest-grossing romance film breaking the record of "Yuyeol's Music Album", and mobilizes almost 1.5 million of moviegoers.
"The Most Ordinary Love" is cruising to its 2 million sales in its second week, following its 1 million-viewer in the first week. Gong Hyo Jin, who has continued her fame as the "Romance's box office queen," where, in the film, she transformed as a character named Sun Young, who is now a real-life sensation. Gong Hyo Jin which has no illusion of love through her prolific experience, said that she liked the realistic scenario which made her applaud and empathize, and it was attractive because Sun Young seems normal but she has a complex character that was never ordinary.
Gong Hyo Jin, who returned after "Love Fiction," directed by Jeon Gye Su in 2012, is more adorable and cool than any other character. It is the first time in seven years since "Love Fiction" that she has challenged to work again in a romantic genre.
Above all, Gong caught both rabbits by showing different images in both works, despite the simultaneous release of the romance drama "When the Camellia Blooms" and the romance film "The Most Ordinary Love"
Earlier in the show, Gong said that the timing of the drama's airing and the movie's release overlapped. People around her said, "Are you harvesting hard-captured works?" and then she responded, "I hope there will be good results for both works."
"The Most Ordinary Love" directed and written by Kim Han Gyul which was released October the 2nd, is about a frank and outspoken romance between Jae Hoon, played by Kim Rae Won who was hurt by his ex-girlfriend and Sun Young, who was shot in the back by her ex-boyfriend.
Gong plays a real-life Sun Young, who has no illusions in making love and goes to a reunion and leaves no room for a lost boyfriend until the next day, becomes cool and straight with every comment she makes.
