"The Lies Within" revealed stills of Lee Min Ki and Lee Yoo Young's meeting for the first time.
This drama tells the story of Kim Seo Hee (played by Lee Yoo Young) who wanted to save her husband that is why she became a National Assembly member. After her father's mysterious death, Kim Seo Hee's husband disappeared. She is now grieving for her father's death and for her husband's disappearance. All her effort to save her husband was useless now that he is gone. She met detective Jo Tae Shik (played by Lee Min-Ki) who is determined to solve every murder case. He wants to serve justice to the murder victims.
The stills also showed Jo Tae Shik doing an investigation for the death of Kim Seung Chul (played by Kim Jong Soo). Kim Seo Hee is answering questions for Kim Seung Chul's car accident. The previously released highlight video showed that he was driving with a speed of 122 kilometers per hour (approximately 75 miles per hour) at the time of the accident. Kim Seung Chul was not wearing the seatbelt and there was no sign that he tried to press the brakes. Kim Seo Hee asked again if her father committed suicide.
Jo Tae Sik remained completely calm while Kim Seo Hee looked puzzled after she was told that her father may have committed suicide. He was going to be transferred to a town in the countryside's station. His team leader Dae Yong (played by Lee Joon Hyuk) only requested him to come. Jo Tae Shik said that there should be a black box. And Kim Seo Hee asked why there isn't a black box. Kim Seo Hee's reaction was surprised that there was no black box found.
