On November 4th, a press conference was held for Kwon in regards to the circulating controversy of Gudo Shelly. Kwon said, "We did not expect that Gudo Shelly would undress her top at a live broadcast."

He also added that the bra top Gudo Shelly was wearing was not in any way sponsored by him or Youtube. "I only helped by casting her. She was taken cared of by my manager."

During the meeting, Kwon Hyuk-soo opened his Kakao Talk messages and showed the conversation that he had with Gudo Shelly. They talked about handling the consequences of her actions.

Gudo Shelly: "Maybe you can think of this as an opportunity. The day we shot the live broadcast, I just came from shooting a fashion program so I was wearing the bra top. I also think Korean TV has dramatically changed over the years. Koreans are more open-minded now. I wish we could agree on the live broadcast."

Kwon then explained that he didn't want to argue with her so he agreed and said, "Let's make it fun."

In the live broadcast, Kwon was sitting with Gudo Shelly when she suddenly undressed and revealed her bra top. The moment it happened, the live video gained a lot of criticisms.

Kwon Hyuk-soo later deleted the video and claimed, "The undressing of Gudo Shelly was not planned in advance."

However, Gudo Shelly said in a three-day interview, "Kwon Hyuk-soo asked me to undress my top saying it's too hot. He also tried to cover up the truth by saying there was no planned discussion beforehand."

Gudo Shelly ended her statement with, "When the video becomes controversial, Kwon Hyuk-soo told me to claim that I didn't know it wasn't allowed due to cultural differences." In addition, Kwon left Gudo Shelly a message saying, "I will be sued if the found out that I made you take off your clothes. Many people commit suicide because of losing their job."
