  1. Descendants Of The Sun (2016)

This drama includes North Korea in the plot. The main leads Captain Yoo Si Jin (Song Joong Ki) and Dr. Kang Mo Yeon (Song Hye Kyo) struggled in keeping their relationship balanced in their work-life as a soldier and a doctor. Lee Yoon Sung (Lee Min Ho) plays a Blue House employee who is trained by his foster father to get revenge from the soldiers that betrayed him. Yoon Sung is focused on his secret mission until he falls in love with the Blue House bodyguard named Kim Nana (Park Min Young). City Hunter reversed the usual perspective between North and South Korea. Sometimes the real enemies are people you trusted the most.

4. Blow Breeze (2016)

This is a long drama which is consists of 40 episodes. It tells the reality of a man who escaped from North Korea. A defector from North Korea named Mi Poong (Lim Ji Yeon) encounters a boy from the South named Lee Jang Goo (Son Ho Joon). They went separate ways and meets again in South Korea because of a family inheritance. This drama shows how difficult it is for a man from North Korea to start a new life in the South. This is a family drama that revolves around the story of Mi Poong and Jang Goo.
