An Honest Review Of Park Seo-joon's "The Divine Fury"
Short Plot
The Divine Fury revolves around a story of an MMA fighter named Yong Hoo (Park Seo Joon). He suddenly obtained stigmata on his palm and used it to fight demons and vampires. Yong Hoo doesn't believe in God himself. He has a hatred for God after his parents died when he was a child. He blamed God for making his childhood life miserable. The powerful forces of evil are using his anger to waver his faith and lure him to the darker side. His stigmata appeared after his MMA fight. He asked for help from a known priest named Father Ahn (Ahn Sung Ki)who performs exorcisms. They help each other to fight the forces of evil and perform exorcisms.

"I enjoyed watching the MMA fight because Park Seo Joon looks really good with his abs. I find the premise interesting but the main character really took his time to decide to use his stigmata to a good cause. He is confused but he realized that he can save many people using his stigmata. The conclusion is a bit confusing too. The special effects of this movie are quite funny and the horror concept is great. The spooky sound effects will give you goosebumps all over.
Watching the exorcism part was terrifying because I can see different kinds of demons and it is really scary. These scenes are mostly taking a short period of time because all they need to defeat the demons is Yong Ho's hand. I was wondering why they didn't think of using his hand in the very beginning. There are also plot holes that you can laugh with your friends about. I recommend this movie to those who love horror films and those who love the handsome Park Seo Joon."

"The movie is making the horror scenes drag the time more. The last 30 minutes of the film is the part that encouraged me to keep watching until the end. This is the scene when vampires appear. The action heats up with the hero using his fist of fury to kill demons. The fist has an amazing visual effect and I wish I have one too. This movie should be watched with friends. You will be a bit bored if you watch it all by yourself unless you are Park Seo Joon's certified fan."
