"The Ugly Duckling" or "My Little Old Boy" broadcasted the real-life of Sleepy and his reflection on his recent problems. The program featured Sleepy's earnest confession when Lee Sang-min visited his place.
The SBS' variety show, "The Ugly Duckling's" latest episode aired at 9:05 pm on November 24th. It showed Lee Sang-min who visited Sleepy in the farm at night. Sleepy has been suffering from his poor situation recently due to lack of money.
Lee Sang-min said, "You can save about three times as much if you work at night to pick chestnuts from the farm." Sleepy honestly answered, "Everybody would pity me. I can not go to places where there are many people."
Sleepy also confessed that he felt burdened when he was invited to his friends' birthdays or weddings as he could not pay for gifts.
Lee Sang-min took Sleepy to the infinite meat refill shop. While eating meat, Sleepy confessed, "A friend of mine once bought me meat and the restaurant boss asked me my signature. Afterward, a post came out on social media sites saying 'Sleepy you said you don't have money but you are eating beef.' I felt hurt."
On the other hand, according to the ratings of Nielsen Korea, on November 25th, "The Ugly Duckling" recorded 18.7% and 17.9% and 16.8% for the first part.
