Episode 10 showed that Kim Seon Ho discovering about Moon Geun Young's traumatic family history. He received a voicemail from a drunk Yoo Ryung. The drama is closer to its end and we prepared the reasons why viewers love watching "Catch the Ghost".
1. The amazing chemistry of "Go-Yoo couple"
The chemistry of the main couple is the selling point of the drama. From the first time they met, their opposite personalities made them earn the nickname "Tom and Jerry." Their fiery relationship didn't stop them to solve difficult cases such as digital sex crimes, loan sharks, sexual assault, and more. they became closer to each other and the viewers are waiting for their blossoming romance.
2. Cliffhangers in previews are luring the viewers
Viewers are tempted to continue watching because of the cliffhangers featuring "Go-Yoo couple". Viewers are always excited to see what happens to the main leads in the next episode. One example was the still for episode 9. Yoo Ryung was having a hard time looking for a bad in a landfill when Go Ji Seok appears to the rescue and said he is here to help. Another example was the preview in episode 10. Go Ji Seok found out that the reason why Yoo Ryung joined the police force was due to her painful family history.
Viewers have no choice but to tune in after watching the preview of episode 11. Usually, Yoo Ryung tries to hide her true feelings. She accidentally left a drunk message to his voicemail. She asked Go Ji Seok if he wanted to eat ramyun with her. Go Ji Seok vowed that starting today he will protect the rookie. He will do his best to be there whenever she needs him.
3. Romantic OST that melts viewers' ears
The OST of the drama helped viewers to feel the emotions of "Go-Yoo couple's" romantic moments. These tracks have sweet vocals that touched the hearts of the viewers. ABRY's "Wanted," and HOTSHOT member Roh Tae Hyun's "Highlight," are some of the drama's beautiful tracks.
The lyrics of the tracks have connections with the scenes. In episode 6 the couple danced together with the music ABRY's "Wanted" the lyrics said the heart's destination is me. In episode 9 Yoo Ryung and Go Ji Seok had a date and took the subway when the lyrics played said "What do you think of me? Don't you already know how I feel?" It feels like the song is made for a particular scene.
