Just recently Actor Song Kang joined in a photoshoot for the fashion magazine Singles.
In the interview, Song Kang was asked a lot of questions. First, he was asked about the type of person he is attracted to, he revealed that instead of looking at the appearance of a person, he looks at their individual charms. But he said that he likes a person who has a heartwarming image or auras. The added that even though he is the kind of person to fall in love at first sight, he is always unable to confess his feelings to the person he likes.
The actor talks about his upcoming drama titled "Sweet Home". It tells the usual story of a high school student who is an introvert that was hurt because of some school bullying. At a young age, he lost his family and is forced to leave his home. In the outside world, he will try and also do his best to stop people from becoming monsters. The story will appear from a pessimist view of society.
Song Kang will play the role of Cha Hyun Soo, a socially withdrawn loner and a high school student who shuts himself in his room after experiencing school violence. He lost his family and is left alone all by himself. He has a history of self-harm and refuses to go to school. He then moves away to a different apartment and experiences odd and strange things.
The storyline of the drama will be based on a popular thriller webtoon about humans who become monsters while in an isolated space.
Its cast line-up is Lee Jin Wook, Lee Si Young, Kim Nam Hee, Go Min Si and more.
Then Song Kang was also asked in the interview about his future as an actor, Song Kang commented that wants to be a successful actor like "Jung Kyung Ho" his co-star in the film "When the Devil Calls Your Name". He added that when Kyung Ho arrives on the set, the entire mood changes. I was inspired by his look that is so relaxed and he looks so cool. Even when the cameras are not rolling and they are on break, his idol is still holding a script in his hand. He then thought that he wanted to be like him someday. And he has learned a lot from his idol.
Song Kang talked about what he is doing on his days off when he has his free time. He said, that he only stays at home playing games, sometimes he's running some errands or riding his bike around Hangang Park.
When asked about his goals for 2020, Song Kang replied, that it was his goal since last year but hasn't reached it yet. It was winning the Best Rookie Actor Award! He said that he really wants to receive the said award. He also added that when he has some spare time he has a habit of writing on his diary and oddly enough most of his goals and dreams have already been achieved. That is why he is determined to achieve this goal of becoming the best rookie actor awardee. He has written this goal in his diary already.
