The Parasite film, directed and written by Bong Joon Ho, has become the most prosperous and popular movie in the Korean film industry. The film depicts the story of a poor family scheming to work in the household of a wealthy and gullible family posing as separate and unrelated people.
With its high ratings, the movie became the third highest grossing films released from Korea. It received several awards from the 92nd academy awards, 77th Golden globes, 73rd British Film awards, and the Screen Actors Guild awards in 2020. The same as BTS, one of the most popular boy bands in Korea, the film has received international recognition because of its accurate depiction of its story. BTS is not only a cute and gifted boy band but they are also very supportive and cheering towards the success of their friends.
BTS member, Taehyung, famously known as V, is quite close with actor Choi Woo Shik and they are never shy to show love to one another in social media. ARMY, BTS fans, were surprised at how close Taehyung's friendship with one of the actors in the film, Choi Woo shik.
