The upcoming Wednesday-Thursday drama of KBS 2TV's network title "Meow the Secret Boy" has released a whimsical poster introducing the five characters who will enchant viewers.
The fantasy drama "Meow, the Secret Boy" is an upcoming South Korean television series starred by actors Kim Myung-soo, Shin Ye-eun, and Seo Ji-hoon. The drama is based on the 2009-2010 Naver webtoon "Welcome" by Goo A-ra. "Meow the Secret Boy" will showcase the story of a cat who has the ability to alter its form into a man and a woman who posses puppy-like charms.
As seen in the main poster released, it introduces the two lead characters of the drama namely Hong Jo portrayed by INFINITE's L as well as Kim Sol Ah played by Shin Ye Eun. The poster will share more perceptions of the people surrounding the main cast.
INFINITE's L will portray the role of Hong Jo, a cat who possesses the ability to alter its form from a cat into a human being. It is seen in the newly released poster both the character of INFINITE's L as a human and as a cat sitting in the same position. Actress Shin Ye Eun portrays the character of Kim Sol Ah and as seen in the poster, she is having a big bright smile on her face that shows her puppy-like personality.
Alongside the main cast is Seo Ji Hoon, looking superb and chic as he undertakes the role of Lee Jae Sun a man who manages a studio and cafe and has been in Kim Sol Ah's orbit for more than 10 years. The next is actress Yoon Ye Joo playing the character of Eun Ji Eun a designer having an introvert personality who is also a co-worker of Kim Sol Ah. In the poster, Yoon Ye Joo is seen as having a shy smile on her face. And lastly, there is the handsome actor Kang Hoon taking the role of Go Doo Shik in the poster seen waving with high energy. He has the same puppy-like charms as his friend Kim Sol Ah.
Last January 24, this poster was shot at Paju, Gyeonggi Province. The five casts of the drama are reported to have been very excited to be seeing each other once again, catching up with each other on how their lives are going since they last met.
However, when the camera was turned on and started rolling, the five actors immediately fell into their characters with perfect synchronization to create a poster that shows their characters' personalities. The production staff of the drama expressed that the amazing chemistry of the five cast members is so special. Each one of them is portraying their respective characters perfectly. The production hopes that the viewers will be excited for the new upcoming youth drama.
"Meow the Secret Boy" is scheduled to premiere at 10 p.m. KST on March 25, and will also be available on Viki!
