OCN's casts for film 'Rugal' has discussed why viewers must settle for the new drama!

Using the same-named webcast, "Rugal" is focused around Kang Ki Bum, an accomplished detective who is attempting to bring down a national crime organization called the Argos. He eventually gets shot for killing and loses his family and both his legs. Since joining Rugal, a squad of 'human weapons,' Kang Ki Bum is trying to get an act of vengeance against Argos.

Choi Jin Hyuk stated, "When I got the script, I thought long and hard about it [if I would do it or not] because it was a genre that I have never attempted before, but when I was talking to the director and other members of the crew, I established a sense of challenge."

Regarding the current main point, the actor said, "There are several tough scenarios since this is an action hero drama, but then we all enjoyed shooting the drama together." He continued about his teamwork with Park Sung Woong, adding, "He's a veteran actor I always wanted to know. He's so vibrant and happy I had fun filming with him."

Then he said, "Make sure to watch the phase of growth wherein [Rugal's members] are transformed after conquering their suffering and uphold justice against the wicked Argos. You're going to discover an exciting action hero drama you had never seen before."

Park Sung Woong, who portrays the antagonist in this series, has revealed that he has joined the show because it can connect to audiences with different charms and has said that he does a lot of research for the action scenes. As for his cooperation with his co-stars, he stated, "Actor Choi Jin Hyuk gave me a great first impression, and he is a hard-working guy, so performing with him is convenient and we have a great rapport. Han Ji Wan and I enjoy shooting cringe-worthy moments, as well. Compared to his performance, Actor Yoo Sang Hoon is very pure, so it's fun to be with him and artist Kim Da Hyun is experienced with the field, so her acting is very solid."

He said, "I hope you can appreciate the exciting combat and diverse characters. The staff and performers in production were doing their best together. I'm expecting to see you soon."

Jo Dong Hyuk, who improved his sequences as Rugal leader Han Tae Woung, praised the storyline, concept and the drama's actions, commenting, "I have properly taken care of myself to show Han Tae Woong's strong side, and have contemplated how to portray a character that is polite to his members but strict in the job. Since I'm working in this kind of genre for the first time, I too have great expectations while watching this film, I am pleased with the choice of my role. Check out the strong ties and distinct actions of the actors."

Jung Hye In is Song Mi Na, a biologically enhanced Rugal agent. "I would like to make Song Mi Na unique since it is a special character in the drama, she said of her role. "The aim to demonstrate refreshing and elegant action must be followed by a strong action with versatility."
