1. Train To Busan (2016)

The whole movie took place in Busan, where the lead characters fought for their lives in a zombie apocalypse. 2. Parasite (2019)

This is a disaster film that is written and directed Kim Sungsu, which talked about an outbreak of the flu H5N1. victims within 36 hours that were infected in district of Bundang in Seongnam, made a population of almost half a million into chaos. It is a movie starred by Jang Hyuk, Soo Ae, Park Minha and Yoo Haejin.

4. The Battleship Island (2017)

This 2017 period action film is lead by Hwang Jung-min, So Jisub, Song Joongki, and Lee Junghyun. The film portrayed the story back in a Japanese occupation era about an attempted prison break from a forced labor camp on Hashima Island. The story goes on as there are roughly 400 people who were forced to mine for coal on the Battleship Island.

6. Battle of Jangsari (2019)

Also called the Jangsari: Forgotten Heroes, Batlle of Jangsari is an action-war film directed by Kwak Kyungtaek and Kim Taehoon, starred by Kim Myungmin, Megan Fox, and SHINee's Choi Minho for the lead roles. This told a story about a guerrilla army unit along with 772 student soldiers who is on the ship Moonsanho made their way to Jangsari. They have a mission to deceive the North Koreans thinking that opposition forces will launch an invasion. With the average age of 17, the 772 student soldiers only had two months of training.
