Shin Ji Hoon, Jin Ye Sol, Yoon Yoo Sun, and Heo Jung Min are confirmed to star in the upcoming film "Way Station," alongside the lead stars Kim Dong Jun and Kim Jae Kyung. Multitalented singer-actress Ailee will also make a special appearance and will sing the film's theme song.

In the forthcoming film, Kim Dong Jun will play as Seung Hyun, a man who has Alzheimer's, while Kim Jae Kyung will play the terminally-ill Ji Ah, who wants is to be remembered by Seung Hyun forever.

Shin Ji Hoon will play as Ji Ah's co-worker and former boyfriend, Seok Jin. He is aware of Ji ah's health condition, and though they have broken up already, he tries to stay by her side until the end. In the early portions of the film, the two will have sweet romantic moments. Heartbreaking moments will also feature Seok Jin's pain as he bids goodbye to his ex-lover.

Shin Ji Hoon, 32, is a model-turned-actor who became well-known for his role in KBS's "The Unusual Family." He captured the hearts of many viewers for his remarkable acting. He then appeared in the films "Someone's Dream" and "Our Diary."

Jin Ye Sol, 34, will play as Ji Ah's best friend, a kindhearted, caring, and compassionate precious friend who will do anything to give Ji Ah happiness. As a great actress, she will surely deliver excellent performance in this upcoming film.

Ye Sol debuted as an actress in the television series "Temptation of an Angel." She then landed a supporting role in the series "Loving You a Thousand Times," which helped her achieve fame. Although she was young when she catapulted a career, she was considered a praiseworthy actress by critics and fans.

Her acting prowess provided her more opportunities to star in other dramas, including "Pure Pumpkin Flower," "Queen In Hyun's Man," "Can We Get Married?," "Her Legend," "The Great First Wives," "Monster," "It's My Life," and many more.

The 51-year-old veteran actress Yoon Yoo Sun will be joining the film. She began her career as a child actress in 1975, and she has been continually active in her career.

On the other hand, Heo Jung Min is also set to appear in "Way Station." He was know for his roles in hit dramas "Go Back Couple," "100 Days My Prince," "Introvert Boss," and many more. The upcoming film will be his first since 2013's "Mr. Socrates."

Meanwhile, lead actress Ji Ah was a former K-pop member and leader of Rainbow. Her acting skills earned her the Best Supporting Actress award in the 2018 MBC Drama Awards at the MBC Media Center in Seoul for her role in MBC's "Bad Papa."

Kim Dong Jun is also a former member of all-male K-pop outfit ZE:A. He starred in several dramas, such as "The Fugitive of Joseon," "Neighborhood Lawyer Jo Deul-ho," Netflix's "Black," and "About Time." He also headlined movies, such as "A Company Man," "Take My Hand," and "Dead Again."

The powerhouse cast in the romantic melodrama is expected to capture viewers and evoke emotions with tear-jerking scenes and its heartbreaking storyline.

Kim Jung Min will direct "Way Station." He also helmed TV shows "The Princess' Man," "Gunman in Joseon," and recently, the TV Chosun drama "The Grand Prince." This will be Jung Min's first feature film, and the shooting will begin this May.
