They discovered that she is on psychiatry therapy, which makes her unstable. She went out to get drunk and wandered the street.
Woo Joo proceeded to the hospital to see Cha Dong. Shi Joo met her at the entrance and saw her wound. He insisted that she treat it so she can settle and rest. Woo Joo slept at the hospital bed due to being drunk. Dr. Ji endorsed Woo Joo to Shi Joon to handle her in regards to the case. She felt that her therapy is not helping Woo Joo.
Back at the ER, the doctor in charge got mad at Shi Joon as he allowed a person to sleep in one of the beds. Shi Joon brings Woo Joo to his clinic. He showed her how he released his frustrations through "the bag of anger." He hands over one plastic bag for her to use if she does like.
Cha Dong is back in the hospital as a ward patient. Shi Joon gave him a welcome gift, a fake promotional pin as corporal police. The resident doctors, together with Shi Joon, applauded for his great help to the community and tried to boost his confidence. Cha Dong felt a sense of support and belongingness. He cried, looking at the pin.
Delusions come when a person cannot accept his reality. When you start denying your reality because you can't accept it, you create a world of illusion. Sometimes, a huge shock keeps you from denying your life.
Psychiatric experts say delusional disorders are caused by excessive amounts of dopamine in the brain's limbic system. Dr. Shi Joon continued that if he feels alone and in pain, he can ask for help and recognize what's hurting him. The healing will begin when one accepts the reality around him or her. He called himself "Soul Repairman." Shi Joon records his diary and sentiments about each case he encounters.
Woo Joo went to audition but failed again, which she felt down the whole day. Shi Joon called her and invited her to meet him at his clinic.Shi Joon invited Cha Dong to get fresh air at the rooftop. Woo Joo is there and about to jump over. She told Cha Dong about her loss and failures of what he did and acted as being a fake policeman. Cha Dong cried, kneels, and asks for her forgiveness. Cha Dong admitted that he acted wrongly and caused pain to other people.
Shi Joon and Woo Joo did the act for her to jump over the roof to let Cha Dong release his feelings and cried out his pain.
JI Seon invites Woo Joo for a day out together. They went to the beach, and Woo Joo again let out her frustrations by shouting her pains in life. She cried out hard and felt the breeze, sounds of the sea as a therapy to warm her lost soul.
The court dismissed Cha Dong's case of impersonation due to his delusional disorder and needed treatment.
Shi Joon invites Woo Joo to watch Yu Min's soccer practice. He is one of the members of the national team, and he practiced hard after he finished his therapy with Shi Joon. They cheered and praised Yu Min to continue and boost his confidence.
Shi Joon accompanied Woo Joo on her way home. He asked her if he can be her doctor. He wanted to help her and get treatment.
