For the second time around, the popular Korean variety show, "Running Man," has canceled its travel tour to the Philippines. The program confirmed that the visit had been rescheduled to December 6, 2020.

This has not been the only concert and shows that are canceled due to the pandemic. The virus has also taken a toll on the entertainment industry, resulting in a lot of cancellations and reschedulings in light of the social distancing rules and prioritizing one's health and safety.

"Running Man's" supposedly first visit to the Philippines was on February 9, 2020, but it was postponed to June 21, 2020. It was all set, and tickets were all sold from their partners in the Philippines. However, the management of the variety show "Running Man" announced that they will not be able to visit this coming June.

According to the SBS company, the "Running Man" show released a statement in their Instagram account, hoping that their Filipino fans and families are doing alright in these trying times.

The open letter further said that the "Running Man" cast members have been anticipating their Philippine tour, which has now been moved to December 6, 2020.

While this yet another postponement is unfortunate, the "Running Man" cast and crew states that their priority is everyone's safety and health, hoping that all the countries will flatten the curve.

Concluding the message, "Running Man" assures to provide their best in their forthcoming shows.

"December 6, 2020! We hope you'll be healthy and safe 'til then," the message ended.

The South Korean variety program has an immense amount of Filipino supporters. The show's hosts are Yoo Jae Suk, Ji Suk Jin, Kim Jong Kook, Ha Ha, Song Ji Hyo, Lee Kwang Soo, Jeon So Min, and Yang Se Chan.

The show has been on air since July 11, 2010, providing lots of fun and laughter to their audience. The cast and crew have been on the air for ten years. In April 2020, they made their 500th episode on the air.

"Running Man" will celebrate its 10th anniversary, and the Philippines was supposed to be the first stop of their travel tour, but it is canceled due to the cases and uncertainty of COVID-19.
