Korean Drama Second Lead Couples That We're Dying to See More

Crash Landing on You

Watching Korean dramas makes it easy for the viewers to fall in love with the main leads. There is so much chemistry that viewers will be left hanging if their relationship is actually for real.

Nevertheless, the second leads also capture the audience's hearts by their different type of relationship from the main leads. To sum it up, here are our top five picks of the second lead couple syndrome.

1. Jung Sa Ha and Lee Chul-san in "Start-Up"

Without doubt, "Start-Up" is making headlines and actors are getting much attention and of course who you could miss the growing relationship between Sa-ha (Stephanie Lee) and Chul-san (Yoo Soo-bin). Seemingly, there have been lots of video clips popping on social media. The innocent love of Chul-san is so adorable as he tries to impress Sa-ha with his bold moves, while Sa-ha hesitantly tries to avoid to have feelings for him. This is such an unusual way for an adult to express his love where we guess many would want to experience the same in the executive world.

2. Sun Hee and Grim Reaper from "Goblin"

"Goblin" by far is one of the Korean Dramas that was loved by many because of its incredible storyline. The actors were superb and were perfect for each other. The second leads were at most the same level as the main leads when it comes to getting the audience thrilled and overwhelmed. Sun Hee (Yoo In Na) sacrificed her love in this lifetime so that the king, who eventually became the grim reaper (Lee Dong Wook), could pay his penance for a chance for love in the next lifetime.

What a great amount of love and sacrifice one can do for the sake of love. Just like the lyrics in a song, "We had the right love at the wrong time."

3. Myung Joo and Dae Young from "Descendants of the Sun"

Being in the military requires bravery and loyalty. Sometimes, being courageous is the dumbest thing one soldier can do for the sake of love. Myung Joo's (Kim Ji Won) father does not approve of the two lovers' relationship so the father sent Dae Young (Jin Goo) away for a mission that would likely end his life. In this drama, Dae Young doesn't need to show his love out loud. Despite their constant arguments, Myung-Joo knows how steadfast Dae-Young's love and devotion to her is. This what makes their characters super desirable.

4. Bo Na and Chan Young from "The Heirs"

Well, who wouldn't want a boyfriend like Chan Young (Kang Minhyuk)? He's a bright and modest teenager who has so much care for his girlfriend Lee Bo Na (Krystal). Their relationship is typical and many teen-agers can actually relate, especially how the girlfriend reacts so jealous when the boyfriend is doing his best friend, who was a girl in the series, even just a teeny-tiny favor. The cuteness in their relationship is so refreshing that it makes you want to go down memory lane and go through a relationship in your teenage years.

5. Seo Dan and Seung Jung from "Crash Landing On You"

Many got hooked onto Seo Dan (Seo Ji Hye) and Seung Jung's (Kim Jung Hyun) blossoming love, especially when Seo Dan started to have feeling s for Seung Jung. We knew that Seung Jung is already attracted to Seo Dan but getting the girl you are in love with is probably the most fulfilling event in a man's lifetime!

When you are a girl desperate for love and some guy shows you interest that no matter how much you try to push him away he just doesn't let go, that ultimate feeling of having a person that will stay with you for the rest of your life is something most women would like to have and hope.
